Shipping policy
Your purchase will be sent to the address specified when buying, although changes to delivery dates and addresses can be accommodated with prior consent from Purecare.
For orders with multiple items, all items will be delivered to one address.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: We offer delivery throughout Europe. Use the delivery cost calculator on the basket page for prices outside the UK mainland.
Delivery times to areas outside the UK mainland range from 2-5 days.
RETURNS: You may request a return up to 14 days following the delivery date. Returns submitted after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
To return an item after dispatch, ensure it is unopened, in its original packaging, and in a "new" condition. You are responsible for returning the item(s) to us. Refer to the return address below and clearly indicate your order number on the package's exterior.
All items must be unused and in their original packaging.
ARRANGING A RETURN: To initiate a return, email sales@sleepchampions.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS: We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged or faulty, subject to adherence to our terms and conditions. We require photographic evidence of the item for any claim regarding damaged or disputed goods.
Contact Customer Services at sales@sleepchampions.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving the item(s) to report any faults or damages. Include photographic proof.
CANCELLATION: To cancel your order, notify Purecare via email before the delivery day.
Cancellations on the delivery day cannot be processed. You may refuse the delivery, but a £15 late cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us. Refer to the return address below and clearly indicate your order number on the package's exterior. You will bear the full cost of returning the item(s), ensuring they are unopened, in their original packaging, and in a "new" condition.
REFUNDS: Agreed refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
